Last Sunday, we threw the ultimate birthday bash at Toro Loco, where the celebration kicked off with bottomless brunch and a dazzling drag show hosted by Las Borrachas. Our birthday girl and her squad dove into the festivities headfirst, indulging in a feast fit for royalty.

To start, they dug into the irresistible Nachos Toro Loco , loaded with a three-cheese blend, house-pickled jalapeños & carrots, sour cream, pico de gallo, black beans, and guacamole. Talk about starting the party off on the right foot!.

Of course, no brunch at Toro Loco is complete without a sampling of their famous taquitos. From tender chicken to savory carne asada, each bite was a flavor explosion that had everyone coming back for more.

Then, they decided to tackle the "Señor Sandwich" – a mouthwatering creation featuring a flaky croissant, chipotle mayo, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, crispy bacon, and an over-easy egg. It was a brunch masterpiece that disappeared faster than you can say "fiesta!".

And let's not forget about dessert! The "Birthday Trio" stole the show with its decadent offerings: churros, chocolate peanut butter cake, creamy creme brulee, rich cheesecake, and a birthday sparkler to top it all off. It was the sweet ending to an unforgettable celebration.
